**note: this kit will not remove the weights inside your engine which control the governor. If you do not open your engine and remove these there is a risk they will dislodge and find their way into your engine, causing severe engine damage. We strongly recommend removing the weights from your engine when using this kit to avoid engine damage. You can learn how to remove the weights in our guide here:
Throttle Linkage upgrade pack to suit our CPR 9HP honda clone engines as well as GX270 style and 13hp GX390 engines.
This kit adds a remote linkage to your engine, removing the governor in the process. Can be used to replace the static lever on 4-stroke engines, or as a simple way to remove the governor, or as part of a complete race upgrade.
Bolt-on complete fitment for our CPR 9HP engines or GX270/GX390 & clone engines.

– Polished Billet Aluminium Top Plate
– Complete Remote Linkage kit (disconnects governor for high RPM work and added power)
